Angling Technics - Mk2 Microcat
Founded in 1992, Angling Technics have rightly established their name at the forefront of baitboat technology. Excellent design, sturdy construction and reliable electronics make them a firm favourite with thousands of anglers.
Constructed from a high impact acrylic capped high gloss ABS plastic which has a much longer life than glassfibre, the baitboats have higher resistance to scratches.
Years of experience means that every boat regardless of propeller or jet driven runs off the same reliable drive motor. An added feature is that there is no rudder to tangle with weed and lines. Pump propulsion via a micro-computer also gives the boats very responsive steering and the ability to turn within its own length.
Navigation LEDs are high powered and make night use simplicity itself as well as shutting off for five or six seconds to indicate door release.
All boats come complete with batteries, mains chargers, operating instructions, DVD and a 12 month guarantee that covers any defects arising from faulty materials and workmanship.

1. The boat no longer requires the forward jets to be primed, as this is now done automatically.
2. The navigational LED's are raised above the profile of the upper hull, making them easier to see at distance.
3. The LED brightness is now controllable from the transmitter
4. The battery boxes now fit into a sealed internal compartment within the boat hull, ensuring no water can enter the main hulls.
5. The battery boxes themselves now locate into a guttering system on the upper hull, stopping water splashes entering the boat.
6. The carrying handle has been reinforced and is now more rigid.
